Few weeks ago, I was busy designing various Holiday cards for a workshop that was scheduled to take place on November 12th. The class was postponed to next year, so I was left with a number of Christmas/New years/Thanksgiving/Hanukkah cards. I went to see the Public Relations director at our local library as I hadn’t seen her since I came back from Hajj. I took most of these cards to show her, and when she saw them, she decided to buy all of them from me!
I don’t have pictures of those cards, however I did have a couple left at home, including one for Thanksgiving. So while there is still some leftover Turkey, here is the card ๐
I used fall leaves form an old Close to My Heart set. I inked them with various Distress inks, sprayed a bit of water and stamped. I then wrapped a hemp twine around the panel three times and tied it up in a bow. The sentiment is made with Dymo label maker. Finally I mounted the panel on to the card base with some foam tape.
Thanks for stopping by ๐
