Now on to a card. This is another last minute card for the Moxie Fab World’s Mixy Mtchy Challenge.

I know there are other ways to create patterns than using patterned paper, but this is the easiest! Since I don’t use patterned papers much, this was also a way to use some of the papers from a pack sent to me by my blog friend Jennifer Rzasa.

I used three different patterns here; green with silver flowers, red with silver flowers and the sky with rainbows and clouds.

The background sky lays flat on the card base, and then each of the three consecutive layers (including the white frame) are adhered with foam tape.

To create the frame, I partially die cut the Moder Landscape die, and then used a craft knife to cut out the rest of the frame. The sentiment was first stamped with gray ink, then written over with a silver pen.
