I started this card with a flower focal in mind, then remembered how this week there is going to be no flowers in my cards, so I changed it into this.
I stamped the card base with Hero Arts neon Orange using a bold strip stamp from a Wplus9 stamp set. I made the panel separately, stamped again on a piece of card stock and adhered the modern landscape die cut and the moon. Then I cut out the panel using a Hero Arts frame cut.
I am linking this up to Moxie Fab World’s Keen on Neon Challenge.
On another note, my husband’s cousin recently moved to our neighborhood, and I have been meaning to give him a welcoming card, so this worked perfectly.I am not too worried that this card is neon orange!
Thanks for visiting!
