Water-coloring with Distress Inks

no video

Hello! Just sharing another card that I made with the same stamp from the “Everything Happy” set.

I started by embossing the image with clearing embossing powder. Next I used Distress inks (Faded jeans, peacock feathers and scattered straw), swiped them on my craft sheet, sprayed some water on them, and then pressed my paper down on the color pool.  Then I dried the paper with a heat gun and cut out a square.  The butterfly and the sentiment are both from the same set, and they are embossed with white embossing powder.

Thanks for looking!

Materials:

Stamp: Clearly Besotted Stamps “Everything Happy

Ink: Distress inks; Faded Jeans. Peacock feathers, scattered straw.

Paper: Neenah Soalr white, Bazzill Basicks Kraft paper.

Others: Inkadinkado white and clear embossing powder.
